Butterfly-catheter MM Medic 22G system for safe vacuum blood collection from peripheral veins. It consists of a needle made of strong medical steel and a catheter. The plastic clip has the shape of "wings", the color of which corresponds to the generally accepted color coding. The other end of the tube ends with a Luer-type connection with a needle inserted into it in a rubber nipple - a special needle for piercing the corks of vacuum tubes.
