This Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes the procedures for using cookies and similar technologies on the website https://mm-medic.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The Policy is an integral part of the Website's Privacy Policy and has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

The Website is owned and operated jointly by two legal entities: ТОВ «ММ МЕДИК» (EDRPOU code 40823358) and ПО «ІНСТИТУТ ПЛАЗМОТЕРАПІЇ ТА РЕ­ГЕ­НЕ­РА­ТИВ­НОЇ МЕДИЦИНИ» (EDRPOU code 45871060), hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Owners."

1. What Are Cookies

It enables the recording of User sessions and the creation of heatmaps showing interaction with Website pages. Clarity collects data on clicks, scrolling, cursor movements, and other User actions on the Website. Personal data entered by Users in forms is automatically masked.

PostHog

PostHog is a product analytics platform used to analyze User interaction with the Website, including event tracking, conversion funnel construction, and User journey analysis. PostHog may set cookies to identify unique visitors and store session information.

Data is processed in accordance with the PostHog Privacy Policy (https://posthog.com/privacy).

3.1.4

GeoIP

GeoIP is a technology for determining the approximate geographic location of a User based on their IP address. This information is used to display content relevant to the User's region, as well as for analytical purposes. GeoIP does not set separate cookies; however, the geodata obtained may be stored together with other analytical cookies.

In addition to the third-party services listed above, the Website uses a proprietary analytics system built on Prometheus and Grafana. This system collects technical Website performance metrics and anonymized visit statistics. Data from the proprietary analytics system is stored exclusively on the Owners' servers and is not shared with third parties.

The Owners are not responsible for the content of third-party privacy policies and recommend that Users review them independently.

4. How to Manage Cookies

4.1

  • Consent cookies (cookie banner): up to 12 months.

The Owners reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. The updated Policy is published on the Website with the date of the latest revision indicated.

6.2
