Digital Content Terms
Terms for the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services
Effective version dated March 12, 2026
This document governs the procedures and conditions for the provision of digital content and digital services by Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "ІПРМ" through the website mm-medic.com. The Terms are an integral part of the public offer posted on the Website and apply in conjunction with it.
1. General provisions
1.1
These Terms have been developed in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," and the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services" No. 3321-IX.
1.2
By accepting these Terms, the User confirms full awareness of their contents and agrees to all provisions.
1.3
The moment of acceptance of these Terms is the moment of payment. Payment constitutes full and unconditional agreement by the User with all provisions of these Terms.
1.4
The Provider has the right to amend these Terms. Amendments do not apply to orders already paid for.
2. Term definitions
- Provider — ПО «ІНСТИТУТ ПЛАЗМОТЕРАПІЇ ТА РЕГЕНЕРАТИВНОЇ МЕДИЦИНИ», EDRPOU code 45871060.
- User—a natural person aged 18 or older who has accepted these Terms by making a payment.
- Website—the website mm-medic.com.
- Digital content—data in digital form as defined by the Law of Ukraine No. 3321-IX (treatment protocols, methodological recommendations, educational materials).
- Digital service—a service as defined by the Law of Ukraine No. 3321-IX.
- Personal account—the User's personal section on the Website.
- Order—a paid request to receive digital content.
3. Subject of Contract
3.1
The Provider grants the User access to digital content, and the User makes payment in accordance with the terms posted on the Website.
3.2
Digital content includes:
- Treatment protocols
- Methodological and educational materials
- Other digital products listed on the Website
3.3
Digital content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute a medical prescription or individual recommendation.
3.4
The range and pricing of digital content are listed on the Website.
4. Procedure for Granting Access
4.1
Procedure for obtaining access to digital content:
- Select digital content on the Website
- Place order
- Make payment through the LiqPay payment system
- Receive automatic access in the Personal Account
4.2
The moment of provision of digital content is deemed to be the moment access to the private content page is granted.
4.3
Access to digital content is granted for an unlimited period with an unlimited number of views and downloads.
4.4
Access to digital content requires a registered account on the Website and an internet connection.
4.5
The Provider is not liable for access issues arising from causes beyond its control.
5. Digital Content Conformity Requirements
5.1
Digital content must meet the subjective requirements set out in Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services" No. 3321-IX.
5.2
Digital content must meet the objective requirements set out in Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine No. 3321-IX.
5.3
Liability for non-conformity of digital content is determined in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 3321-IX.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1 Provider's obligations
- Provide access to digital content upon receipt of payment
- Ensure digital content conforms to its description on the Website
- Ensure the technical capability to access digital content
- Notify the User of material changes to digital content
6.2 Provider's rights
- Amend digital content in accordance with the law
- Suspend access for technical maintenance
- Terminate access if the User violates these Terms
- Change the price of digital content without retroactive effect
6.3 User's obligations
- Review these Terms before making payment
- Make payment in a timely manner
- Not distribute digital content to third parties
- Not copy or reproduce digital content without permission
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Use digital content solely for personal purposes
6.4 User's rights
- Access paid digital content
- Contact the Provider with questions regarding digital content
- Demand that digital content conform to its description
- Withdraw from digital content in cases provided by law
7. License Restrictions
7.1
The User is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content.
7.2
The following is prohibited:
- Copying digital content for distribution
- Distributing digital content to third parties
- Using digital content for commercial purposes
- Modifying or creating derivative works based on digital content
- Removing intellectual property markings
7.3
Violation of the license restrictions is grounds for termination of access to digital content without a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1
All intellectual property rights to digital content belong to the Provider.
8.2
Purchasing digital content does not transfer intellectual property rights.
8.3
Unauthorized use of digital content entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability under the laws of Ukraine.
8.4
Names, logos, and trademarks are the property of the Provider.
9. Refund
9.1
Refunds are not issued after access to digital content has been granted, given the digital nature of the product.
9.2
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services" No. 3321-IX, digital content is deemed provided from the moment access is granted.
9.3
The User confirms awareness that the right to withdraw from the contract is forfeited upon gaining access to the digital content.
9.4
Exceptions under which a refund is possible:
- Access to digital content was not provided due to the Provider's fault
- Digital content materially fails to conform to the description posted on the Website
10. Liability and Limitations
10.1
Digital content is for informational and educational purposes only.
10.2
Digital content IS NOT:
- A medical prescription
- An individual recommendation
- A substitute for a doctor's consultation
- A basis for self-treatment
10.3
Before applying any information from the digital content, consult a physician.
10.4

10.5
The Provider is not liable for:
- Incorrect use of digital content by the User
- Temporary unavailability of the Website for technical reasons
- Actions of third parties
10.6
The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the respective digital content.
11. Modification of Digital Content
11.1
The Provider may modify digital content in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services" No. 3321-IX.
11.2
The Provider is obligated to notify the User if the changes adversely affect access to the digital content.
11.3
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving notification of the changes.
11.4
In the case of a justified withdrawal, the User is refunded a proportionate amount for the unused period.
12. Liability Periods
12.1
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine No. 3321-IX: for a one-time provision of digital content, the liability period is 2 years; for continuous provision, the liability period lasts for the entire term of the contract.
12.2
The burden of proving the conformity of digital content rests with the Provider.
12.3
The expiration of the liability periods does not deprive the User of general legal protections provided by law.
13. Final provisions
13.1
These Terms take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website and remain effective indefinitely.
13.2
Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the matter is referred to a court.
13.3
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
13.4
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
