Refund Policy for Services

This Refund Policy for Services sets out the conditions and procedures for refunding payments made for services provided by ТОВ "ІПРМ."
1. General provisions
1.1 Definitions
This Refund Policy for Services sets out the conditions and procedures for refunding payments made for services provided by ТОВ "ІПРМ."
1.2 Application area
This Policy applies to the following types of services:
- Seminars
- Webinars
- Conferences
- Continuing education courses
- Digital products (video recordings, educational materials, electronic methodological guides)
1.3 Participant Consent
By making payment for services, the participant confirms they have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
1.4 Legal Basis
This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," and other regulatory acts governing the provision of services.
2. Event Cancellation by the Organizer
2.1 Full refund
In the event of cancellation of an event initiated by the organizer, participants receive a 100% refund.
2.2 Cancellation notice
The organizer is obligated to notify participants of the event cancellation no later than 3 (three) business days before the scheduled date, except in cases of force majeure.
2.3 Refund timeline
Refunds are issued within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the cancellation notice.
2.4 Application submission
To receive a refund, the participant must submit a request in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 6 of this Policy.
3. Event Rescheduling
3.1 Rescheduling notice
The organizer is obligated to notify participants of the event rescheduling no later than 3 (three) business days before the original date.
3.2 Participant's rights
In the event of rescheduling, the participant has the right to:
- Attend the event on the new date at no additional charge
- Decline to participate and receive a 100% refund
3.3 Deadline for submission
A refund request in the event of event rescheduling must be submitted no later than 2 (two) business days before the new date.
4. Participant Withdrawal
4.1 Refund amount
The refund amount depends on the date the request is submitted relative to the event date:

4.2 Determining the request date
The date of the request is deemed to be the date the organizer receives the email sent in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 6 of this Policy.
4.3 No-show at the event
If the participant registered and paid for the event but did not attend, and the event took place as scheduled, no refund is issued.
5. Digital products
5.1 General rule
Refunds for digital products are not issued after access to the digital content has been granted.
5.2 Moment of service provision
The service is deemed provided from the moment access to the digital content is granted in the personal account on the website mm-medic.com.
5.3 Legal Basis
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 3321-IX, a consumer may not withdraw from a contract after the service has been fully performed.
5.4 Withdrawal before access is granted
Prior to the moment access to the digital content is granted, the participant has the right to withdraw from the service and receive a full refund.
6. Procedure for Submitting a Refund Request

6.2 Content of the request
A refund request must include:
- Surname, first name, and patronymic
- Name of the event or digital product
- Payment date and amount
- Proof of payment (receipt, bank statement, or screenshot)
- Reason for withdrawal
- Bank details for the refund
6.3 Review period
The organizer reviews the request and responds within 3 (three) business days.
7. Refund Timelines
7.1 General timeline
Refunds are issued within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the refund decision.
7.2 Refund method
Funds are refunded by the same method used for payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
7.3 Refund via LiqPay
If payment was made through LiqPay, the refund is issued to the card used for payment. The time for funds to be credited may vary depending on the issuing bank.
