Warranty obligations
MM Medic guarantees quality and reliability of medical equipment sold. We provide full warranty support in accordance with Ukraine legislation and manufacturers' terms.
1. Warranty periods
1.1 Equipment

1.2 Warranty period start
Warranty period calculated from product sale date, confirmed by:
- Receipt or invoice
- Warranty card (if available)
- Personal account record on website
2. Warranty service conditions
2.1 Warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials and components
- Malfunctions arising during proper operation
- Deviations from stated technical specifications
2.1.1
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 3153-IX, the Buyer has the right to:
- free repair or replacement of the Product without any significant inconvenience to the Buyer
- a proportionate reduction in price
- a refund in the case of a material defect
2.1.2
During the first year from the date of delivery of the Product, any defect discovered is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the Seller proves otherwise.
2.2 Warranty does not cover
Following cases are not warranty and repair performed at buyer's expense.
- Mechanical damage (impacts, falls, scratches)
- Damage from improper operation
- Damage from voltage fluctuations in electrical network
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Natural parts wear (brushes, bearings)
- Use of non-original consumables
- Damage from force majeure circumstances
2.3 Mandatory conditions
To maintain warranty necessary to:
- Follow operating instructions
- Use equipment as intended
- Keep documents confirming purchase
- Not break seals and warranty stickers
3. Warranty service procedure
3.1 Application submission
- Contact us by phone or email
- Describe malfunction and conditions of its occurrence
- Provide order number or warranty card
- If possible, attach photos or videos of malfunction
3.2 Diagnostics
After receiving equipment diagnostics conducted:
- Diagnostics period: up to 5 business days
- Based on results - notification about case recognition/non-recognition as warranty
- In non-warranty case - cost of repair coordination

If the Buyer disagrees with the diagnostic results, the Buyer has the right to an independent expert examination. If the warranty claim is confirmed, the cost of the independent examination is borne by the Seller.
3.3 Repair execution
Warranty repair terms:
- Simple repair: up to 14 business days
- Complex repair waiting for spare parts: up to 45 business days
- When terms exceeded - replacement with similar product
3.4 Delivery for repair
Equipment delivery costs for warranty repair:
- Warranty case - at seller's expense
- Non-warranty case - at buyer's expense
4. Certificates of Conformity
The medical devices listed on the Website have undergone the conformity assessment procedure in accordance with the Technical Regulation on Medical Devices, approved by Resolution No. 753 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 2, 2013.
ТОВ "ММ МЕДІК" holds valid certificates of conformity for medical devices and the ISO 13485:2016 quality management system.

The Buyer has the right to request copies of certificates of conformity for the purchased Product by contacting the Seller at the details provided in Section 5.

6. Warranty Claim Form
Complete the form below to submit a warranty claim. If possible, prepare photos or videos of the defect and send them to service@mm-medic.com with a reference to this claim.
