Exchange and return terms
We care about our customers' satisfaction and comply with Ukraine legislation on consumer rights protection. Below is detailed information about product return and exchange terms.
1. Returning defective product
1.1 Your rights
If significant defects arising through manufacturer's fault discovered during warranty period, you have rights provided by Article 8 of Ukraine Law "On Consumer Rights Protection":
- Demand product replacement with same or similar
- Demand free defect elimination
- Demand refund
1.2 Claim procedure
- Contact us by phone or email
- Describe discovered defect and provide photos/videos
- We will review your application within 3 business days
- Decision will be made based on inspection results
1.3 Review terms
Product quality claims reviewed within 14 calendar days from moment of receiving product for examination. In complex cases, term may be extended to 45 days.
2. Returning quality product
2.1 General terms
You have right to exchange or return quality product within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting purchase day, if:
- Product not used
- Marketable appearance and consumer properties preserved
- Original packaging and completeness preserved
- Product not included in list of non-returnable goods
2.2 Non-returnable goods
Significant part of mm-medic.com online store range belongs to product categories that, according to Ukraine legislation, not subject to exchange and return.
In accordance with Resolution No. 1243 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 1, 2024, "On Approval of the List of Quality Products Not Subject to Exchange (Return)," the following are not subject to return:

| Products cut or tailored to size | Products processed to the consumer's individual specifications |
2.3 Right to Withdraw from a Distance Contract
In accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 3153-IX, when purchasing a product remotely (through an online store), you have an additional right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing reasons.
This right is separate from and independent of the right to return quality products. It applies to all products except those included in the list of products not subject to return.
To exercise this right, complete the contract withdrawal form on the Website or contact us using the details provided in Section 5.
Funds are refunded within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.
3. Return procedure
3.1 Return steps
- Contact us within 14 days from purchase day
- Specify order number and return reason
- Receive confirmation and instructions
- Send the product via the Nova Poshta delivery service to the address arranged with the manager in advance
- Receive funds within 7 business days after product verification
3.2 Return costs
Product shipping costs when returning:
- Defective product—at the seller's expense
- Quality product—at the buyer's expense
3.3 Refund
Funds returned by same method as payment made:
- To a bank card—within 3–7 business days
3.4 Contract Withdrawal Form
Complete the form below to submit a withdrawal from the sales contract in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."
4. Refund Policy for Services
4.1 Canceled events
In the event of cancellation of an event (seminar, webinar, conference, or course) initiated by the organizer ПО "ІПРМ," funds are refunded to the Customer in full within 14 calendar days of the cancellation notice.
4.2 Unattended events
If the Customer registered and paid for an event but did not attend, and the event took place as scheduled, no refund is issued.
4.3 Digital products
Refunds for digital products (treatment protocols and other digital content) are not issued after access to the content has been granted, as the digital service is deemed provided from the moment access is granted to the personal account in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services" No. 3321-IX.
4.4 Refund procedure
