We make every effort to ensure your order delivered quickly and conveniently. Below is detailed information about delivery and payment methods.
Delivery terms stated on this page apply exclusively to physical goods sold by MM Medic LLC. Services provided by Multimed LLC (events, seminars, webinars, treatment protocols, digital products) are digital and don't require physical delivery. Access to digital services provided through personal account on site or via link sent to email after payment.
1. Delivery methods
1.1 Nova Poshta delivery
Main delivery method for orders throughout Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories).
- To Nova Poshta branch
- To Nova Poshta post office
- Address (courier) delivery
1.2 Delivery times
Estimated delivery times:
- Kyiv and regional centers: 1-2 business days
- Other localities: 2-3 business days
- Remote areas: up to 5 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on delivery service workload.
1.3 Delivery cost
Delivery cost calculated automatically when placing order according to Nova Poshta rates and depends on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected delivery method
- Distance to locality
1.4 Free delivery
We offer free delivery for orders from 5000 UAH to Nova Poshta branch or post office.
2. Payment methods
2.1 Online card payment
Payment by Visa or MasterCard bank card through secure LiqPay payment system.

2.2 Payment security
All payments processed through certified LiqPay payment system (PrivatBank). We do not store your card data on our servers.
LiqPay complies with PCI DSS Level 1 security standard - highest level of payment data protection.
3. Order processing
3.1 Order confirmation
After placing order you will receive:
- Email with order confirmation and details
- SMS notification about status (if phone number provided)
- Tracking number after shipment
3.2 Processing time
Orders placed and paid before 14:00 shipped same day. Orders after 14:00 shipped next business day.
3.3 Receiving order
When receiving order we recommend:
- Check package integrity
- Check order completeness
- In case of damage - draw up act with delivery service representative
