We make every effort to ensure your order delivered quickly and conveniently. Below is detailed information about delivery and payment methods.
Умови доставки, викладені на цій сторінці, стосуються виключно фізичних товарів, що продаються Продавцем, зазначеним у підтвердженні Замовлення (перелік Продавців — у розділі "Реквізити Продавців" Умов купівлі-продажу). Послуги, що надаються ПО «ІНСТИТУТ ПЛАЗМОТЕРАПІЇ ТА РЕГЕНЕРАТИВНОЇ МЕДИЦИНИ» (заходи, семінари, вебінари, протоколи лікування, цифрові продукти), є цифровими та не потребують фізичної доставки. Доступ до цифрових послуг надається через особистий кабінет на сайті або за посиланням, що надсилається на електронну пошту після оплати.

1.1 Nova Poshta delivery
Main delivery method for orders throughout Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories).
- To Nova Poshta branch
- To Nova Poshta post office
- Address (courier) delivery
1.2 Delivery times
Estimated delivery times:
- Kyiv and regional centers: 1-2 business days
- Other localities: 2-3 business days
- Remote areas: up to 5 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on delivery service workload.
1.3 Delivery cost
Delivery cost calculated automatically when placing order according to Nova Poshta rates and depends on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected delivery method
- Distance to locality
1.4 Free delivery
Delivery on us on orders from €12 000,00.
The condition applies to the following delivery methods:
- To a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker
2. Payment methods
2.1 Online card payment
Payment by Visa or MasterCard bank card through secure LiqPay payment system.

2.2 Payment security
All payments processed through certified LiqPay payment system (PrivatBank). We do not store your card data on our servers.
LiqPay complies with PCI DSS Level 1 security standard - highest level of payment data protection.
3. Order processing
3.1 Order confirmation
After placing order you will receive:
- Email with order confirmation and details
- SMS notification about status (if phone number provided)
- Tracking number after shipment
3.2 Processing time
Orders placed and paid before 14:00 shipped same day. Orders after 14:00 shipped next business day.
3.3 Receiving order
When receiving order we recommend:
- Check package integrity
- Check order completeness
- In case of damage - draw up act with delivery service representative
